Business Development Programme:
Legal Workshop - IP, SLAs and Contracts

27th January 2010 - Madlab, Northern Quarters, 36-40 Edge Street, Manchester, M4 8HN.

How to protect your IP and use Service Level Agreements and contracts to ensure that you are paid for services that you provide to your clients

These workshops are for micro and small Digital Design, Creative Media and ICT businesses to explore the importance of protecting your intellectual property (if any) whilst ensuring that services that you offer to your clients are as per contracts by using SLA's to define deliverables.

The workshops will look at the different issues that may arise out of a contract with a client, and how best to protect your business and any IP that may arise out of it, thereby removing any misunderstandings that could lead to costly litigation.
